i like how people notice their loneliness more when valentine’s day comes around. bitch please. that’s just pathetic. get over yourself. you’ve always been this lonely, don’t let the name of a day fool you into thinking this day is more important/special than the rest bc couples are sitting around exchanging cheap candies and meaningless material goods like teddy bears.
if i had a man and he tried to give me a teddy bear i’d rip its limb off and instantly break up with him. way to feed into the machine of never-ending consumerism. i will not be a part of that. also - i like sheep. if you didn’t know by now then clearly we weren’t meant to be.
NEVER will i EVER understand why one day has to be celebrated to embrace your significant other’s love. why not every day you’re with him or her. it kinda makes me squint my eyes and move them from left to right when people say/ask “what are you doing for valentine’s day?” .. oh am i supposed to mope because i don’t have someone? no please. let me save you the satisfaction of my supposed sadness over “having no one” . nope. i do. i have a lot of people i love. (and a lot of people i don’t love) therefore. yes. i am doing something. for myself. getting my damn education. three classes. that day. and i wouldn’t have it any other way. bc thank you but no thank you. i prefer to be on my own.
it’s independence. not loneliness mother fucker. if you can’t get over your own wasted life on “spending valentine’s day alone” then end it now and save us all from your damn moping misery. because NO ONE GIVES A FUCK.
this day. was made for you to spend money. and even if BACK THEN it wasn’t meant to serve as a day like that.. well surely enough in this american economy, that’s what it’s become. so stop complaining about how you’re not doing anything on valentine’s day and if you come to school wearing red i will vomit all over you. (well in my mind, bc i hate throwing up .. & that would surely stink up the hallways..we wouldn’t want that for the lovebirds would we)
